It actually makes sense. One day a week is enough to keep it fresh. So here’s where I write about some kind acts I can do for others on my one day of kindness per week.
Rather than plan ahead for the specific acts of kindness, I plan to perform, I’ll mark the day I plan to be extra kind, then find a way to keep it at the forefront of my mind throughout the day.
